They made the "change to" gender a "fill in the blank". Use their stupidity against them. Fill these out and ask to have a gender change to a gender that does not exist make up anything you want - a new, undefined word would be best. When the VA refuses to recognize "your" made up "gender", sue them for discrimination.
I was in the hospital several times and finally learned there is lots of info on the hospital stay and they want you to sign. I said if you want me to sign i'd better read it through. No one has ever asked me these questions and they put in what they felt like:
Never married. I was married twice
Children with different last name. I asked her so you assume I'm a whore.
Vision 20/20. I wear bifocals
Activities of daily living normal. I'm handicapped, wheelchair bound
Antivaxer. No I told them its not approved, I will wait for approval.
On top of mixup in my medicines.
I'm not going back to that hospital ever again.
Gives me an idea. Wouldn’t it be funny if people changed their genders, and when asked if they were jabbed, say yeah but it’s under their old name and that it gives them lgb ptsd whenever they ask what your old name was?
This isn't the doctor's fault. This is only a request to change the sex listed in the doctor's files AFTER a sex change has occurred. Notice it asks for proof from the court that this is to be done. You can't just fill this out and have the record changed without a court order.
Call an education benefit operator they also give the covid vax run through. I've received numerous letters emails and phonecalls too their going crazy
