Because it wouldn't hold up anyway and bringing any more attention to those EOs is very dangerous for them.

Imagine the red pill when normies find out Biden revoked an EO like that.

So as a move it's useless to them and actually hurts them.

Their only chance is to keep the normies hypnotised, and find a way to kill us all. If they can get that done the EO wont matter.
