I'm know for a fact from living in WI and watching the show too many times that all of their references are to living in point place a suburb near Kenosha. Kenosha is just south of Racine but not the same town. Never do I "recall" references to Racine. Yes Milwaukee but not Racine. I checked your link which does make references to Racine, but I would suggest that those are actually in error.
For my own failing memory, and sanity, I found this: https://that70sbasement.wordpress.com/pointplace-hangouts/

Are you saying something more I'm not grasping? I'm interested in Racine having heard DS references to it. Would you please reply?
they would never reference Racine directly in the show... TrusttheTruth is pointing this out just read the post history and I would definitely not move over there! Stay strong anon.
Wow the post history is highly repetitive and only asks the questions in such a way as to implicate many, but offers no path to verification. Racine (except by shores of the lake) a very nothing city/county. Another casualty of the industrial manufacturing era. Run down and pinned their hope for the future on Foxcon which fizzled out.
Path of Souls and Racine are a huge connection. The mounds.. Foxcon didnt fizzle out, why does it use millions of gallons of fresh water per day?
The post history is repetitive but you have to do a bit more research than 15 mins....there are some huge clues given that no one is talking about. Racine is apparently the epicenter of evil.
The decisions that were made on the shores by the lake are among the most significant events of the 20th century. Everything from the initial blueprints on nuclear arms control to the founding of the international criminal court and even National Public Radio all have their roots in conferences held at Wingspread.
Racine was also the invention capitol of the world and the inventions designed there modeled the entire middle class lifestyle for over a century. The first car in the world was invented in Racine.
The car, the blender, the universal motor, the garbage disposal, the power mower, the portable vacuum cleaner, even hair clippers were invented here.
Racine Wisconsin is the Point and Place where the center of the galaxy glides over the horizon at the invention capitol of the world.
Why on earth is Foxconn still drawing 7 million gallons of water per day when they supposedly "aren't producing LCD screens" at that plant? If they aren't producing anything there, why do they continue to draw so much water every day?
The Foxconn deal "fizzled out" on purpose. As for what they are really doing there is anybody's guess at this point.
I had heard from some of my ham radio buddies in that area that Foxcon have put in a "significant' server farm. Maybe they are using the water as cooling for those facilities. If so the good news is that its clean on the way back to the lake. How much effect the elevated temperature has in any one's guess.
