Trump's big tech presser an 11.4 marker?

I see some linking the time of Trump taking the stage at 11:04 am to Q post 1104 which does makes sense. But I also conjecture it could be Law of War marker 11.4. This game is heating up. https://qalerts.app/?q=11.4

Forgive me if I missed something fren, but doesn't 11.3 marker initiate the podesta arrest? Podesta would have everything to do with the trafficking, child rape, pedophile stuff. But how would the big tech presser be tied to the arrest of podesta?
