That's exactly right. There's no possible other meaning to that gesture. It's totally clear to those who have eyes to see it. He sacrificed everything, put himself in public in constant danger, and began awakening us before we even knew we were only dreaming. Before Q, Trump was laying the groundwork for The Storm and for the Q to come. It's incredible how it all fits together.
