Yeah, I'm not seeing this as a problem. While it might be a technical violation as long as they didn't vote twice by voting in the new placed they moved as well I don't see how that effects the results of any state wide election??? As long as its one vote per person and they are US citizens then who cares??? We need to focus on real fraud not pick at technicalities that don't really effect the final outcome.
No one should be suggesting that these type of people lose their right to vote based on a technicality.
If I move to south GA from Atlanta but the election is only 50 days away so I just summit my mail in ballot even though I moved and TECHNICALLY it was more than 30 days you are seriously suggesting that invalidates my vote?
NOTE - I did NOT VOTE in the county I moved to so I did NOT vote twice. So for any state wide election like Gov, POTUS, Senate etc it would make ZERO difference where I voted.
You seriously think its okay to entirely strip me of my right to vote because I missed some arbitrary 30 day deadline??? If so this country is doomed.
And it has nothing to do with the electoral college. POTUS is a state wide vote to determine the winner for the whole state. If I only vote once it doesn't matter where I vote. Re-read what I said... "As long as its one vote per person and they are US citizens then who cares???"
I have no words to respond to this level of stupid. Sorry, not meant as a personal attack. I just can't believe people are so short sighted. This is exactly how we got into the mess we are in in the first place.
Listen to what you are implying. You're saying that the government is allowed to create a rule that the government can then selectively enforce and via that rule and its selective enforcement a citizen can be stripped(or not) of the one and only power s/he has to control the government.
Nice job... now you have an out of control government. Congrats... you are a GENIUS!!! I'm impressed. Truly.
But its muh law!!! May I suggest you go study up on Judge Dredd(comics or movies) .

Yes, you broke the law so seriously your vote shouldn’t count.
