Stupid mother or sister calmly watching it happen. Even if it wasn’t the flag, she should teach him that isn’t his property to damage. I always taught our children to stay out of other people property, unless invited; taking even a candy bar/pack of life savers from the store without paying is theft and they were taken back in and made to talk with the manager.
