Tinnitus is interesting, since the start of this year ive suddenly developed tinnitus and I can't explain it. I haven't been vaccinated but I wonder if it could be from the virus or other vaccinated people
I called the tinnitus hotline. It just kept ringing.
Serious though, you know how you put your fingers in your ears and kind of pull a vacuum by keeping the seal but slowly pulling fingers out, so do that, slowly at least 15 seconds, at the same time, relax your eyes, brows, shoulders, neck. It gives some relief for me, at least bus a few minutes of peace

I've had tinnitus for years. It's gotten worse as I've gotten older. I used to sleep with a earphone plugged into my radio to drown out my husbands snoring. I wonder if that is the cause of my problem. Mine is like constant "white noise" in both ears.
Interlace your fingers at the back of your head, palms over your ears. Gently thump your head with your fingers. 👍

It helps get rid of tinnitus. Some people get permanent relief, for others it’s only temporary. Either way, it helps.
A friend has since getting vaccine. The ent he is seeing has reported a spike.
