In many jurisdictions, the following could be construed as legal advice (and very poor legal advice at that):

Ignore no soliciting signs. You're not soliciting! You're offering critical information and resources.What you are doing is not illegal

The State of Virginia Code, Article 5, § 18.2-119 defines Trespassing and specifically mentions oral or written permission, which includes signage.
