Additional speculation: Would immediately result in massive and unprecedented world wide unrest; rioting, lynching, assaults, gang warfare, territory grabs, suicides, murders, mass killings, territorial/racial wars. Massive damage to world wide infrastructure almost immediately, World wide Economic Exchange Failure.
