Yes, some of this has to be an exercise in how far people can be pushed.

That said, I wondered if in this case there was reason- could it be the hands on heads was because someone was transmitting / receiving something on the plane- a search underway? Or like the Belarussian journalist- plane stopped for an arrest. Just guessing around really...
