Trump is not on Gettr. Miller said he is reserving @RealDonaldTrump for him if/when he decides to join.

Likely they are spam accounts pushing ads or porn or similar. There was a lot of that in the early days but it has gotten pretty good.

I have found it worth visiting for the content - there are things I see on there not posted here yet. The most annoying thing I see is it is difficult to see the replies on a given post.
