Ummm - about that "cyber catastrophe" in Germany.

They hacked a relatively small local government in eastern Germany. The consequences of those systems being down? Nothing.

Like most government offices, nobody would even notice if they are shut down or not... it makes no difference.

This is a cause for panic? LOL.
