Anyone remember that post here a while back about how AT&T and the no such agency may be connected?

I found it interesting, I can't find it though. If the letter agency and AT&T are white hat systems working together, that would be mind blowing.

If anyone is able to find it, could you please share it? Thanks

It may have been connected to the Nashville bombing and the AT&T switching center which was the target of the bomb. That building has a huge SCIF in which NSA has remote monitoring and switching equipment.
