President Trump mentioned returning to the white house in his CPAC speech. He said "white house in all lower case". Do you know what he meant by this?

The original Constitution was titled, "Constitution for the united states for America" and it was changed to the "THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" when Washington DC Corporation came in to existence in 1871.

Notice the original Constitution had "united states" in lower print.

This is what Trump was eluding to, he is bringing back the original Constitution and shutting down the Washington DC Corporation.
