I'm Dominican. I was 12 - 13 when the Earthquake hit Haiti. I saw first handed the US intervention in Haiti to extract resources and in the meantime they did the same with The Dominican Republic. I always thought it was weird that no one in the center of the country (my little town) felt the Earthquake at all neither did people closer to the borderline, then I stumbled upon "climate engineering" and that made lots of sense especially on the weird phenomenon in which every storm barely touches DR'S territory.
That's the voodoo, stick with Christ.
