What is the date America formally reverts back to being a republic? I am confused by having read too many statements about this. Is there an irrefutable date?

It would have to occur prior to Trump returning to the white house and would be the reason for the D.C. fences now being removed?

I am certain that the date will be 11th August.....

Maybe the 13th

Or possibly the 14th

Or could be even September...
