How is a country - that supposedly nobody can trade with - at such risk for Covid?

Simple answer: it’s not. Everyone advancing the narrative that Covid related medical shortages are the answer, is the enemy. These are people you need to mark so that you never forget who they are.

When justice comes? Point to them.
