Ugh I haven’t bought a house yet. Worked myself into debt in my early 20s, finally paid that off in my late 20s and now I am having my 2nd baby next February. Money has gone everywhere else but a house is in our future. So for now we rent
Oregon rent used to be 800-900 for a 1x1 but now its like minimum 1200 for a 1x1 and I need a 2x1 at least so we would be paying 1300-1500 easily base rent. We moved to Utah and prices are pretty similar here. Our apartment just informed us they will be raising the rent over 10% uuuugh. Its cool though Gods got amazing things planned for me and my family. In Tennessee!
