I wouldnt suggest racking up a large debt in the belief that it will be forgiven. That seems like a reward for bad decisions.

What about the people that have 0 or little debt due to smart choices and not buying everything with credit? Are we going to get a large cash deposit in our accounts?

That’s not how it works. It doesn’t create cash. That’s communism. What it does is eliminate debt.
