My college recently decided that non vaccinated students would have to go into a 7 day quarantine when they arrive on campus. My dad has been pushing for me to get vaccinated for months, but I’m 18 and my mom has been on my side this whole time so he has basically been all bluster. However, now he’s gone full tilt into rage mode that I won’t do what he thinks is “best for the family.” He has moved all of my stuff from around the house into my bedroom and is telling me that “I wanted to give you the choice but you are getting vaccinated by Friday.” I’m holding firm but I just wanted to share another story about how these deranged psychos will tear everything apart for their narrative.

Stand your ground. I’m sorry you are in this situation. He is brainwashed and afraid for you.
He isn’t actually worried about me getting Covid. One of the first things he said is “I don’t need this stress right now” and how the quarantine would mess up travel plans. He’s just mad that I’m inconveniencing him and has rationalized that I don’t care about the family.
Did your mom and dad both get the vaccine?
Yes. Mom thinks the vaccine is probably harmful, but she has terminal cancer, so she didn’t really care much.
Sorry for you man, and not saying to do it, but your dad probably doesn't need the stress right now.. The fake card thing would probably be the best bet.. Also I don't know what all your mom has tried but I would definitely look into Fenbendazole, a pet deworming drug that has cured cancer in some people. I know there are a few drugs that have been researched for cancer and if I didn't let you know I would feel bad, good luck to you and your family man.
