Depends on the end result. Does the election get overturned or just a slap on the wrist?

If Trump gets back in the blue states/ regions will consolidate power along the narrative of a stolen election and that they are the freedom fighters resisting the orange tyrant. I think they will even export their minions to red states to disrupt society and try to generate support. They may even seek international involvement.

If fraud is revealed with no accountability then I am certain things will go quiet after the initial uproar. Then, all hell will break loose.
