I saw him in person in DC on the 5th and there's video of him outside the Capitol building on the 6th when it started going down trying to get the people there not to get mixed up with the Antifa goons who arrived to start shit. There was other speeches going on over at the building that were scheduled before Trump announced his last minute speech the night before, Brandon Straka was supposed to speak but according to him and from video the doors were already open when he arrived and he was a bit too curious and went in. He's only not in jail because he already had lawyers unlike so many of the "insurrectionists".
