I know its frustrating but consider this for a moment, every time that happened it sent us on a rollercoaster. Imagine what each of those rides was like for the people who lives literally hang in the balance?

Maybe if they are very experienced, they kept it together and stayed focused through sheer willpower... the first 5 times.
