Section 18 of the policy:

How will enforcement work for failure to participate in the program? Efforts will be made to encourage Participation in the COVID-19 Vaccination Program prior to the Implementation Date. Those Covered Individuals who fail to Participate by being Vaccinated or requesting an Exception or Deferral on or before the Implementation Date will be barred from Physical Presence at University Facilities and Programs, and may experience consequences as a result of nonParticipation, up to and including dismissal from educational programs or employment.

Take the jab or get fired.
