It’s real. 3Million dollars worth. That was one of the topics addressed at the AZ audit hearing Thursday….and expert testified the the old machines are fine…they were just suspiciously accessed.
Just like the Pennsylvania SOS threatened, auditing the machines renders them uncertifiable (don't worry, they'll find the rule soon), so of course they need new ones. The old ones've been contaminated with cooties from uncertified auditors, and besides, it's not like they're spending their own money.
