Shit, 3/4 of those are unofficial repost accounts.
Careful anon, Telegram is almost certainly a honeypot (owned by UAE, previously compromised by both IRGC and Mossad). Dead giveaway when they ask for a phone number to reg and won't take a VoIP burner number.
Most of these personalities put their source posts on Gab.
I'm on gab - a little under 2,000 followers. I post many times a day and am lucky to get a handful of likes and one or two reposts. I know you will say to improve the quality of my posts but I don't think that's it. I think gab still censors me. They used to a lot, when I would have many many more of my posts shared...now...it's a trickle. I think they have some form of shadowban there as well. My first gab account had 17,000 followers when I started getting squeezed hard. Gab has deleted/disappeared 100's of my posts.in the past. Now they don't [I check] but I have little interaction.
I never have shared from Telegram because I can't know if it is an official account because I just audit the people above...I'm not actually a member there.
I don't know if it's necessarily shadowbanning, there was a change a couple months ago to defeat some of the trumpcoin shills that broke the follow / homepage posts flow. A buch of other ppl I follow were in the same boat as you.
That, and when you "install" Gab as an app via Chrome-based browser (think fancy fullscreen mode), you lose the ability to refresh, so I see like the last hour of posts then it recycles or shows me crap from two days ago. There's def a technical problem there, but not sure when it'll be fixed.
I knew some were. How to tell the sham ones though?
