At my job nearly everyone who took the vaccine is getting extra testy. We issued 2 corrective actions for abrasive behavior towards customers. This is not normal. Is this a coincidence or is the vaccine causing it?

I haven't seen any like that with my coworkers, but this doesn't mean that it isn't happening.

Depends really, what kind of work are they doing? I think everyone in the world is getting a little testy. Might also be the customers.
