Is the vaccine making people angry?

At my job nearly everyone who took the vaccine is getting extra testy. We issued 2 corrective actions for abrasive behavior towards customers. This is not normal. Is this a coincidence or is the vaccine causing it?

Regular vaccines make children aggressive, like they were injected with demons. Common knowledge in the anti vax communities.
