Make it clear that those holding the citizens involved in 1/6 without bail, without charging, without allowing legal support and an expeditious trial will themselves face high penalties for every individual imprisoned, traumatized and financially, emotionally and physically maimed and ruined.

It’s been confirmed by several sources (including Matt Gaetz himself) that the violent people during 1/6 were all Antifa. So no, keep those miscreants in jail. They’re traitors to this country and deserve harsh penalties.

All the Antifa people weren't arrested. Any they did get have already been released, like John Sullivan. They just have the Trump supporters who the capital police tricked and let through the doors imprisoned. Many of them just walked around inside and didn't even realize they weren't suppose to be there since the capital police let them all in.
