Listen. First of all, don't stress out too much. Stress reduces immunities and there's reason to believe that much of this shedding, while imo real, may be exaggerated. A thing to point out is that, if we're to be in agreement that at least part of the reason why the fear of the rona has been pushed so much is to lay waste to Western economy, there is reason to believe that the fear being pushed on those who refuse to take the jab is simply to further do damage.
Now while I've read the crap about the whole situation, I'm still not an expert so take what I say with a grain of salt. Personally, so long as the em arr enn ayy is not capable of being shed, it doesn't matter whether the proteins are being shed or not. As is my understanding, I've read that it's the spike proteins themselves that cause the symptoms with the virus itself acting more as a delivery mechanism. As we know, the symptoms are seem to be largely benign for the vast majority of us.
It's important to delineate between the em arr enn ayy and the spike proteins, though. The former is what makes the body into a factory of sorts for the latter and there's been talk that, as a result of it being smol, it might be adopted into peoples' symptoms. I haven't read anything about whether that can be shed or not, so don't worry too much like I said. But I get it.
Either way, if there exists a way to introduce something to produce malformed proteins, there should be a way to remedy that by introducing a healthy version of that. Stuff we all inherently have, anyway.
Thank you for the response! I don’t stress too much about anything :). I do believe knowledge is power but tend to take things with a grain of salt. I have a 48 hour rule and a navy seal once told me he believes 0% of what he hears and 50% of what he sees. I use this daily in life. As you said, I’m not an expert either. Personal experiences with bizarre body reactions, with a friend cross country experiencing the same, gave some of what I’ve been reading a little more credibility. We both take the vitamin regiment daily and I agree that there is probably a remedy. Being a carrier would be a plausible explanation though, even if it’s to try to convince the rest to take the jab. A thought I’ll just lock away for now but keep in mind as we go.
For sure. l try to be balanced when I can and try not to commit conjecture as if it were fact unless there's so much evidence that points a certain way.

48 hour rule... settle down and read.
