TX can't really do anything at the moment since they're in DC, but they will be in cuffs the moment they get back.

TX will have state troopers waiting for them

The TX GOP implemented a mechanism known as the Call of the House which gives authorities the ability to arrest lawmakers who flee during a vote. They will be cabined inside the state's capitol until they get the job done
