Assume the 2A was repealed or abolished. How are they going to get 500,000,000+ guns? They don't even know where most of them are. Even if they brought every soldier back home and militarized every police to go door to door they only have 2.5 million people. Each person would have to get ~ 200 guns. They would run out of police/military after collecting maybe a few million of the 500,000,000. They can essentially NEVER go door to door to confiscate firearms, it's just not possible, even if it was legal.
The current gun situation in the US is such that if they ever repeal 2A that they have no mechanism for actually getting the guns. We would be at a standstill and the ball would be in our court as far as next actions. The only thing they could do is try to just outright kill the population with a bioweapon, or trying to turn people against each other, or maybe starving them to death or something.
Even then, the people would be dead and they still don't know where most of the guns even are. Even if you and me and everyone else was already dead, they STILL couldn't get the guns.
They can't even get the guns out of Chicago or Compton. Try getting guns from states where the politicians aren't entirely cucked and see what happens.
Even in Cuckland, New Zealand they only got 3% compliance on their gun buyback. I would imagine even fewer Americans would voluntarily sell their guns to the government.
