This is the best way to fight a war. Don't openly declare war. Fight the war in secret. Be subtle and formless.

The best way to win a war is if your enemy doesn't know you are planning to destroy them. Two perfect examples of this are the CCP and Islam. The democrats wanting to destroy America is another example, although that one hasn't really been a secret war for years now, except to the most brainwashed morons.
