Premium gasoline shortage?

My husband and I were in Philly visiting his father that arrived from Puerto Rico. On our way home to Norristown, PA we noticed that in every gas station that we stopped the gas pumps were out of service, or were not providing premium gasoline. Has anyone else noticed something like that somewhere else?

I live in FL. We don't have problems like that. We get our fuel and oil straight from the rigs in the Gulf

Alabama. Murphy's Oil had hand written 'out of gas' notes on higher octane pumps. Also, encountered two stations out of gas, no delivery.
