This website doesn't seem to include the main ingredient in quinine which is cinchona bark. Disinfo? Or reading comprehension issue on my side?
It looks too complicated, I simply pour boiling water onto a teaspoon of cinchona bark, add honey and allow it to cool.
The link doesn't even mention cinchona. I boil the cinchona then let it sit and cool. Is any type of acid needed to extract the medicinal properties?
