So what happens with informed consent?

I've seen other vids of people being held down in bed and shot. In 1 case a patient was unconscious and a doctor tried to inject him. The nurse stopped the doctor, yelling for security. The doc said he's dying anyway. Nurse said no matter, he has to consent, you'll be killing him. Vid ended when Security came in, doc backed up with jab still in hand.

Though I need 3 surgical procedures I'm holding off as long as I can because of crap like this.
