Where I have heard "safe and effective" before though? I think he is just mimicking what "experts" have been saying. a search on ddg shows Fauci himself is quoted as of saying it. Personally I think Trump is just playing along and he will lay the blame on "I am science" and the guy who he put in charge of the corona virus outbreak. A guy by the last name Pence.

I do cringe every time I hear he bring up the vaccines though. Funny how that is like the first thing they haven't gone the opposite way with Trump in the media though. Remember "HCQ will kill you"?
