I get what your saying. Presenter is Dr. Mike Yeadon. I think that's just his style. He's trying to communicate urgency, which I think is warranted. He is apparently a former scientist who spent 20 years at Pfizer rising to the level of VP. It's not long. Listen to it again if you can stand it.
