I can't get to Q on my computer because it says its a virus.

Use the Brave browser. Faster version of Google's Chrome that blocks everything unwanted (trackers, cookies, ads, popups, etc.)

Can also set it to show you some ads in the notification tray that pay you peanuts in a cryptocurrency which may very well end up being worth a small fortune in the future.
