Sounds like BS to me. Tested positive? At what cycle rate?

I think it is just scare mongering propaganda to precondition the nation to mask up and lock down again. Just like the old, never let a crisis go to waste play book, never let a public story and photo op go waste, make an even bigger BS story and psy-op that serves to spark fear.
