No compass, no square, square is 90 degrees. I does look a lot like the freemason symbol. but clearly spells out MCAM.
Not all symbols are satanic or evil. Many ancient symbols were hijacked and their meanings twisted, the rainbow for example. Everything I found on the Eye of Horus and Phoenix Rising had positive meanings.
In searching I could not find any evil meaning attributed to the Eye of Horus. I have seen the pineal gland shown as the eye of Horus which denotes our connection to soul.
