What might be in the pipeline is a communications blackout. I'm wondering what safeguards or workarounds affordable for Jill Average exist.
Ham radio - think they don't have contingency plans for that? What would such a plan look like? What happens to those caught operating without a license?
Old school dial am/fm radio - might catch something on there, but would it be enough?
EBS - seems the only reliable thing we have. Do you think it is fool-proof though?
