What might be in the pipeline is a communications blackout. I'm wondering what safeguards or workarounds affordable for Jill Average exist.
Ham radio - think they don't have contingency plans for that? What would such a plan look like? What happens to those caught operating without a license?
Old school dial am/fm radio - might catch something on there, but would it be enough?
EBS - seems the only reliable thing we have. Do you think it is fool-proof though?
There is Serval for short range comms on your cell phone, you are invisible to everyone not on the Serval network.

Great. Thank you.
Ghost Ezra is not ECW.
Why follow someone who pretends to be someone else?
Because you made a mistake and assumed this was from GhostEzra. It is from the telegram account of https://t.me/EzraACohen/193 . I did ask if it was him. I do not know. You also assumed I follow him. I picked the quote up somewhere off telegram and then popped over to find it. Since I don't have a telegram account I am unable to link directly to the quote.
