It could blow, no doubt. But since I’m not down stream of it i’m not gonna give it any more thought until it does. Its pretty curious given their admission to weather modification though. I wonder if they are deliberately being deluged by adversaries. I also wonder if thats the case if its having a cause and effect on the IS west cost with the drought…
