If it is just thoughts, we’d never know. If they act upon thoughts, they are no longer just thoughts. Pretty simple I’m my opinion. Attraction to minors 0-12 = pedophile. Not normal.

Yes that's what I'm saying. Thoughts that are not acted upon are simply just thoughts. While it is most certainly not normal, it isn't criminal.
