When police are defunded and demoralized because the mayor doesn't back them, some people take matters in their own hands because pleas for help go unanswered. Not saying it's right, just saying that's how it goes in a world turned upside down by crazy leftists who lie and cheat to get and hold power they don't deserve and then stab the public in the back.
