Kind of like flu but didn't get the sore throat first, which almost always is the start of an illness for me. Fatigue, general aching. I didn't think I had it because it didn't really match the symptoms but I got tested and confirmed.

I didn't do anything other than take Advil a few times and sleep a lot for about 3-4 days.
