In 2014, the Obama Administration made it illegal to do SARS virus Gain Of Function research in the USA
In 2015 Fauci and his pals hired the Wuhan lab to do the Gain of Function in order to evolve a SARS bat virus so it is able to attack humans. The CCP also spliced in some HIV components for whatever reason.
To me, it seems likely that making the research illegal in the USA was simply to provide the excuse for Fauci to hire the Chinese lab to do the work. Because they wanted the work done in a place where we have no ability to investigate or hold anybody accountable.

When I saw that covid SARS had these HIV insertions, I thought "Fauci is still bent on making money out of AIDS and made this virus to practice with." Now Moderna is announcing they want to make a HIV vaccine. Hmmm. And a Zika vaccine. Double hmmm. Maybe we should be looking around at other lab projects.
