Seems simple enough to carry out on a continental scale with ease to me. I know that doesn’t mean much but we all know Biden will gladly send the middle and lower class food supply to do our part in yet another “1 in a century event” I’ll go buy some non perishables just in case. I don’t want my kids to ask for food because they are hungry and me not have any when I can get it now.
